newest technology to bring you a high speed fixed wireless Internet
service. A small antenna is attached to your house and pointed at our
network broadcasting location. Our high strength wireless signal is
broadcast from our location to your home. As long as you have a line
of sight to our network broadcasting location we can provide you with
a cheap and fast Internet service. We guarantee that no other Fixed Wireless Internet

What happens if I find someone just as fast and cheaper? If you are
within our current coverage map area and can provide an advertisement
or receipt that shows an equal or better download and upload speed
from a competing Wireless Point to Point Internet Service Provider at
a lower price than us, we will give you one month of free service and
match their price. This offer isn't valid for limited time sales and
is subject to location and approval.
Do I have to pay for the antenna? No, we provide a free antenna rental
to you for as long as you remain a customer in good standing.
How big is this antenna? - Small. The actual size depends on your location. Our
standard installation antenna for those within our standard coverage
area was designed to provide strength in a small package. It is 3
inches x 11 inches and only a half of an inch thick. We choose this antenna for
the fact that it provides an inconspicuous look when installed. Our
high powered antenna (for those who are outside of our normal
broadcast range) is 11 inches by 15 inches. Here are some pictures of our antenna installed. Our antenna is the white one and is pictured next to a generic satellite dish. 
What do you mean there is no contract? You do not need to sign up for
a one year commitment to enjoy our low cost. You purchase one month of
residential service or 75 gb of download/upload bandwidth (whichever comes first) and we will bill you at
the end of the month or when the 75 gb is used up. We want our
customers to be happy and happiness is not being forced into a long
term commitment.
So... Referral Credit? One Free Month?- That's right. If you refer
someone to us and they join WISPRENN and continue to be a paying
customer for 3 consecutive months we will give you one whole month
free. You can refer as many customers as you like and as long as they
stay a customer for 3 months, we will have as many terms of
service credited to your account as we can provide.
How much is this? It says $56* What does the * mean? Does the *
mean there is a hidden cost?- No hidden costs. By signing up for our Automatic Payment Plan we charge only $56. If you would prefer to pay your bill one at a time we charge $60. Are there any restrictions? We felt that our clients would appreciate
a faster browsing speed over everything else, and for that reason we
limit all Residential accounts to 75gb of download/upload transfer usage per billing
segment. The average person only uses 15 gb of transfer usage per month
so the normal browser should not have to worry about exceeding these
limits. If you require more bandwidth we also offer a Business Plan, which comes with 170GB bandwidth allowance. We will also notify you by email when you have reached 75
percent of your allotted usage and again when you have exceeded it. By
limiting download/upload traffic we are able to provide you with
faster speeds for browsing the Internet. If you are a business owner
or an individual who needs a higher data transfer plan you can purchase our Business Plan or call us
at 760-269-4264 to explain your needs and we will try to assist you in
every way possible.
What is 75 gb of download/upload transfer? 75 gb is the equivalent of downloading 50 - 2 hour movies. The average internet user only uses 15 gb per month. This service is not designed for file sharing utilities or server hosting. File sharing left on can generate enormous amounts of bandwidth if not watched closely. Sharing your internet connection with your neighbor can also eat up a lot of your bandwidth and is also against our Terms of Service.
What about Netflix or console gaming such as Xbox 360 or PS3? How much bandwidth does that use? Our research shows that a regular movie on netflix/apple tv is 1 - 1.5 Gb of traffic for a standard movie. An HD movie can use up to 7 Gb of traffic. This works out to about the same amount of bandwidth that a console game may use. We highly advise not using HD mode when streaming content as this can use up significantly more bandwidth than normal content.
What if I don't like it? - No worries. If you would prefer not to
continue using us for your high speed Internet you can disregard your next
bill. You won't be penalized or charged for the next month, but please be aware that we
will miss you. All outstanding debt must be paid in full. If you are a enrolled in our auto debit program you
will need to contact customer support to inform them that you would
like to discontinue using us. If you decide at a later date to resume
your Internet service you will not be able to enjoy the $56 dollar
price on your first bill and you may have to pay for a
re-installation. We hope you will give us a call or email us if you

How come I have never heard of Wisprenn before? - Wisprenn is a new company that was established in October 2009. We are a a privately owned local small business established by a long time resident of Apple Valley. What happens if the antenna stops working? The antenna is warrantied
for as long as you are a customer in good standing. If the antenna is
damaged from malicious intent there is a $115 charge to replace the
antenna.
How secure is it?
The connection to the base station uses 256 bit encryption based security. This prevents persons illegitimately connecting to the system. This is stronger security than what is used on ADSL and most cable.
The biggest risk to users is attacks that originate from the Internet. We highly recommend that all users employ a virus scanner, spyware scanner, firewall and use safe browsing practices. We have information available about keeping your computer secure at our "Guide to the Internet".
What happens to the antenna if I don't pay my bill? Unless you would
like us to remove the antenna right away we will normally leave the
antenna in its location for 2 months just in case you change your
mind. We do this so that you will not have to pay an installation fee
again. If the antenna is removed and you decide to become a customer
again, you will have to pay for installation. If there is a long
period of time that you will be on vacation or unable to use the
Internet but would like to continue service when you are ready, please
let us know by calling 760-269-4264 and we will be happy to leave the
antenna in its place to avoid removal.
Is there anything else I need to know? - To help do our part in
keeping the planet green we have a paperless billing system. You will
receive your statement in an email address which you will need to
provide upon installation or soon after. If you would prefer to
receive a paper bill or you do not provide an email address we do send
paper statements but there is a $2 charge per statement. There are no
